Christopher is Managing Director of DCG Real Estate which he established in Jersey during summer 2005 to provide corporate administration services to blue chip corporates and institutions investing in property, via offshore structures.

DCG Real Estate has grown significantly and administers structures holding in excess of £6 billion of real estate.

Career:
His property experience includes property management, development, appraisal, planning and agency in addition to finance, all in both the commercial and residential markets.

His previous roles include working in the offshore real estate finance team of a major UK bank, various private property companies in the UK and two leading UK property consultancies.

Qualifications:
Member of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
MBA Cranfield School of Management.
BA (Hons) Law & Economics from Durham University.
