Our Turn-Key Solution (Typical Structure)
The fund promoter or initiator delegates the management of the fund to DCG Management Company. We undertake day-to-day management and oversight, ensuring there is correct corporate governance and oversight of the main delegation functions including investment management, fund administration and the distribution process.
Our Self Managed Fund Model (Typical Structure)
We offer independent risk management oversight assisting the management and board of the fund in
