DCG Capital Markets administer special purpose vehicles used by large institutions in securitisation and structured finance transactions, note issuing and commercial paper programmes. We partner with leading financial institutions in a range of investment projects. When a special purpose vehicle is formed DCG, as security trustee, has the experience required to handle the administration during the life of the project.

European Capital Market services are provided by DCG through Structured Finance Management Offshore Limited (SFMOL), part of the SFM Group which is located in the UK, Ireland and other European jurisdictions, enhancing our international capabilities in this sector.
