DCG Fund Services is the longest established division within DCG and services third party funds and their managers. Having been initially set up in 1998, we serve those markets from our centres in Jersey and Luxembourg and, through related offices, into a number of other locations across Europe.
We have many years’ experience in servicing Private Equity, Real Estate, Mezzanine Finance and Fund of Funds investment structures as well as hybrid and bespoke arrangements.
As detailed here, we provide a full range of services to our fund clients in both regulated and non-regulated fund vehicles.
Our administration services include day-to-day fund administration, company secretarial and investor services, such as registration, reporting, drawdown and distribution management. Specialist accounting services cover the provision of record keeping right through to the production of financial statements and the calculation of NAVs.
In addition, we offer a fiduciary service, undertaking fund compliance monitoring and acting as a regulated Trustee in Jersey. In Luxembourg we also provide risk management services.
For clients needing a Management Company in either Jersey or Luxembourg, we are able to support them by offering Management Company oversight and hosting as well as providing experienced locally resident directors and officers.
